The Administration Department consists of
the Town Managers office and the Town Clerks office.
The Town Managers
office is
responsible for implementation of the policies set forth by the governing body and for
exercising management control over all operational departments.
The Town Clerk's office is responsible for the duties established
by the NC General Statutes, specifically to maintain the official
records of the town. The clerk is responsible for duties
that include updating the Code of Ordinances and writing the
minutes for all Board, Committee, and Staff meetings as directed.
