Fire Prevention Education

Nags Head Fire & Rescue Division personnel provide educational experiences for residence young and old alike.  These events include visiting the Day Care Centers within the town; assisting Kill Devil Hills Fire Department and Dare County Fire Marshall's Office with visits to First Flight Elementary and Middle Schools; Nags Head Fire Department Awareness Day; Annual Fire Department Open House and other activities within the community.  Division staff members are also involved with Fire Safety Public Service announcements with the local media.
