Officer Mark Brinkley began his career as a police officer in Dare
County, North Carolina working with the Dare County Sheriff's Office,
and later continued his Law Enforcement career in Nags Head.
Officer Brinkley is a graduate of the Lenoir Community College of
Kinston, North Carolina and the Basic Law Enforcement Training Program
administered by Lenoir Community College. He maintains a
Basic Law Enforcement Certificate from the NC Training and Standards
Commission.
