Police Officer Jay Neal

Officer Jay Neal began his Law Enforcement career with the Winston-Salem Police Department.  The former US Army Sergeant then later joined the Nags Head Police Division.  A graduate of the Winston-Salem Police Academy Basic Law Enforcement Training Program,  Officer Neal maintains a Basic Law Enforcement Certificate from NC Training and Standards Commission.

Officer Neal is a member of the Police Bicycle Patrol.  His hobbies include scuba diving, model airplanes, and woodworking.
